It is the one of the most important application in polymerization post-process that dewater the rubber by co-rotating twin screw extruder.


According to the features of different kinds of rubber, it may need to remove of the water, residual solvent, envocating agent, catalytic agent etc.  from the protomere surface or from its inside. 

Continuous metering feedstock,multiple extrusion, interface update,evaporation, flashing,vacuum exhaust, granulation and other process engineering can be done at the same time by the extruder. The content of the volatile component of the finished rubber can reach high technic index.

This extuder makes the conventional intermittent operation become continuous that a can save the engery,space, manpower, improve the operational environment and enhance the products stability.
